myFOXhouston.com blogger renafox1 says these cookies are soft with a nice, tasty crunch to them … and are the ugliest cookie you’ll ever eat. Just close your eyes and eat them. It’ll be worth it, really!

Ingredients:

1-16 oz package of Sugar Cookie dough (green cookie dough was used in the picture)
About 1 cup of granola with honey and raisins (break the granola up with your hands or a blender)
Chocolate sprinkles

Directions:

Mix the cookie dough with 3/4 of the granola and raisins.
Roll out the dough with a roller and cut out the cookies with a cookie cutter. Shapes work but some may fall apart.
Sprinkle the remaining granola with raisins and chocolate sprinkles on top of the cookies and bake according to package directions.
