Chef Brandi Key from Coppa Ristorante Italiano is excited about participating in her first Houston Restaurant Weeks.
“We wanted to participate last year, but we had just opened the new restaurant in mid-August,” said Key.
For Houston Restaurant Weeks 2012, diners can look forward to Key’s special $35 three-course dinner menu. She shows food radio talk show host Cleverley Stone how to make Gulf Fish En Cartoccio, a dish that is baked in parchment paper.
Houston Restaurant Weeks takes place from Aug. 1 until Aug. 31, 2012.
Coppa will donate $5 to the Houston Food Bank for each dinner ordered from her special $35 HRW menu.
