It is late at night and you are hungry. You start rummaging through your refrigerator to find something to eat. Steve Wiley, author of “Are You Gonna Eat That?!,” shows food radio talk show host Cleverley Stone some dishes that have resulted from such midnight kitchen raids and have become foodie favorites.

Wiley is donating a portion of the proceeds from the sale of the book to food banks across the United States. The book is a fun conversation piece.
