including Short Rib Sliders on a sweet bun with caramelized onions and au jus and honey poached apricots with syrup, vanilla ice cream, coconut flakes and mint garnish. Houston Restaurant Weeks takes place from Aug. 1 through Aug. 31, 2012. *17 will donate $3 from each Houston Restaurant Weeks lunch and $5 from each Houston Restaurant Weeks dinner sold to the Houston Food Bank.
