Chef Charles Clark started his culinary career as a waiter for Tony Vallone. A graduate of the Art Institute of Houston, Clark co-owns three popular restaurants in Houston, namely Ibiza Food & Wine Bar, Brasserie 19 and Coppa Ristorante Italiano. He has competed on the Food Network show “Iron Chef America”
and participates in food and wine events all over the U.S.
FOX 26 Morning News visited Ibiza Food & Wine Bar and Clark showed food radio talk show host Cleverley Stone how to prepare the most popular salad at the restaurant, Kale Salad, and a great dessert with Texas peaches, mint, Amaretto liqueur and ice cream.
